Jamaican Mango Ice Cream Recipe


Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

  • 1 large Julie (St. Julian) Mango
  • 3 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 pack milk powder (about 110g, 3.9oz)
  • 1 tray of ice cubes


  1. Wash, peel and slice mango
  2. In a blender jar, add mango slices, sugar, powdered milk and crushed ice, blend well.
  3. Add enough ice to blend until mixture is creamy but not icy.
  4. Serve immediately

Tips: Try this instant ice cream with coconut jelly. This recipe makes 6 servings.
