Jamaican Bone Broth Soup Recipe – Video


Bone broth is a powerful mineral-rich liquid.  I incorporated vegetables that will enhance and add more vitamins to an already powerful liquid. I turn this into an amazing appetizer.

Electrolytes found within bone broth includes: calcium, magnesium, potassium & phosphorus. All these are important for supporting healthy circulation, bone density, nerve signaling functions, heart health and digestive health.

By allowing the bones to simmer slowly this causes the ligaments to release healing compounds like collagen, Proline, glycine and glutamine that have the power to transform your health.


One pot beef bone

Two packs chicken back or chicken brackets

One pack chicken drumsticks

One Can lite coconut milk

1/8 of small pumpkin seeds and skin included

Two stalks Scallion

A few stems of thyme

Two stems of sage

One onion

Diced celery

Diced carrots

Garlic powder sprinkle evenly to taste

Salt to taste

Cayenne pepper to taste

Black pepper sprinkle evenly to taste

Herbs De Province sprinkle evenly

Turmeric sprinkle evenly.

Nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar


Boil bones for 12 to 24 hours on very low heat.

Allow to cool and take off all excess fat.

Add all seasoning and vegetable

Cook until pumpkin is falling apart.

Allow to cool and blend in a high speed blender.
